1. Agreement
By using Tube Comment Search (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
The Service uses YouTube API Services to show videos and comments. By using the Service you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
3. What the Service does
The Service lets you look up a public YouTube video and read and search its public comments. It is not made, endorsed or supported by YouTube or Google. Comments are written by YouTube users, and we do not check or control what they say.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in a way that breaks any law or the YouTube Terms of Service;
- scrape, flood or automate requests to the Service, or try to get around its limits;
- use content from the Service to harass, track or profile any person;
- try to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
5. Content and ownership
Videos, comments, names and profile pictures belong to their owners and are shown as provided by YouTube. Nothing in these Terms gives you any rights to that content.
6. Availability
The Service depends on YouTube API Services and a daily usage quota. It may be slow, limited or unavailable at any time, and we may change or stop it without notice.
7. No warranty and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
